This is what I kept looking at for days, braving the freezing cold to check and see if the approval was here.
And it didn't come...and didn't come...and didn't come.
Finally on Friday our "golden ticket" arrived! And Monday it was apostilled and shipped off to our agency who will forward it to the in-country facilitator. Praise God!
Did you know that watching for your mail carrier doesn't make her come any faster?
SO very thankful to finally have our dossier complete and on its way to being presented!
Praying for quick turnaround in country---we're so excited to finally be close to the point of the girls knowing that they have a family!

Please join us in praying for no snags in our paperwork getting where it needs to be and quick turnaround. Ellie is praying that the girls will know they have a family by her birthday, February 18th. We all hope so!

ReplyDeleteSo, what are you looking at for a "tentative" travel time frame? Yes, I fully understand what international adoption timelines are like, but just curious what the "average" turn around time is. I know you told me, but my brain...
